The unique feature is that at one point of a time it is feasible to make number of dosas / chapatis depending upon the size of the dosa plate, so that more customers are served in a short while. The surroundings will remain clean due to oil collection box. As the dosa plate is covered on three sides with stainless steel sheet, there is no grease sticking in the surrounding areas.
This is used at hotels, restaurants, industrial canteens, hospital canteens, fast food centres, wedding halls, hostels, and charitable institutions.
